Many believe that London broil is a cut of meat, but it actually refers to the cooking method instead. Top round steak (the typical cut of meat used) is marinated, and then broiled and grilled to around medium-well. Try it tonight with a side of scalloped potatoes!
Breakfast
1 cup oatmeal
2 pieces pork sausage
1/2 cup scrambled eggs
1/2 grapefruit
Lunch
Grilled Chicken Bagel Sandwich
-place all ingredients inside toasted bagel
1 bagel, sliced in half
1 piece grilled chicken
2 pieces provolone cheese
2 tomato slices
1/3 cup shredded lettuce
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (for heat)
1/2 cup egg salad
1 medium banana
Dinner
1/2 cup London broil
1/2 cup Horsey scalloped potatoes
1/3 cup butternut squash
side salad-
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup romaine lettuce
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup broccoli florets
1/4 cup baby corn
2 tablespoons black beans
2 tablespoons green olives
dress with basil olive oil, salt, and pepper
1 piece chocolate cream pie
