Many different kinds of lasagna are made in Italy depending on region—many places in Southern Italy make lasagna with a simple tomato sauce, but it’s typical of places in the north to use a white sauce, called bèchamel.
Breakfast
2 chocolate chip pancakes
1/2 cup grits
2 pieces bacon
fruit salad-
1/2 grapefruit
1 small orange, peeled and sectioned
1/2 cup grapes
Lunch
1 cup cream of broccoli soup
1 grilled reuben sandwich
1/2 cup herbed penne and cucumber salad
1/3 cup mixed vegetables
1 medium banana
Dinner
1 piece meat lasagna
1 piece grilled chicken
side salad-
1 cup spinach
1/3 cup cucumbers
1/3 cup cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped red peppers
2 tablespoons kidney beans
2 tablespoons black olives
2 tablespoons feta cheese
dress with Italian dressing
1 chocolate chip cookie
