1 piece polish sausage
1/2 cup seafood salad
1/3 cup new england blend vegetables
side salad-
1 cup romaine lettuce
1/3 cup green peppers
1/3 cup watercress
1/3 cup baby carrots
2 tablespoons chickpeas
2 tablespoons banana peppers
2 tablespoons feta cheese
dress with olive oil, salt, and pepper
Dinner
1 piece charbroiled steak
1/2 cup coconut butterfly shrimp
1/2 cup zucchini saute
1/3 cup peas
1 piece pineapple upside down cake
