Chicken Monterey is made in a few different ways, but the most common way is to partially cook the chicken in butter or oil first, then finish it off in a liquid mixture, usually of stock and tomatoes. Give it a try tonight at dinnertime!
Breakfast
1 cup oatmeal
1 pork sausage
1 biscuit
1 medium orange
Lunch
1 cup buffalo wings
1/3 cup corn
side salad-
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup romaine lettuce
1/4 cup cucumbers
1/4 cup red onion
2 tablespoons radishes, chopped
2 tablespoons walnuts
dress with blue cheese dressing
1 medium banana
Dinner
1 piece chicken monterey
1/2 cup Mexican rice
1/3 cup baby carrots
3/4 cup tomato bisque soup
1 piece death by chocolate cake
