dress with olive oil, salt, and pepper
Dinner
1 cup baked haddock with shrimp
1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 cup sauteed black beans and greens
1 cup vegetable barely soup
2 tablespoons tartar sauce (for dressing seafood)
1 piece applesauce cake
