1 medium banana

Lunch
Grilled Cheese Pepper Bagel
-place ingredients atop toasted bagel halves, or press in panini maker
1 bagel, cut in half (preferably sesame or red pepper and asiago)
3 pieces provolone cheese
2 slices tomato
1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
1/4 cup sauteed mushrooms

fruit salad-
1/2 cup grapes
1 medium pear, chopped
1/2 cup cantaloupe


Dinner
1 piece apple and brie stuffed chicken
3/4 cup creole beans and rice
1/2 cup cajun corn and sausage soup
1/3 cup broccoli cuts

1 rice crispy treat (oreo, reeses, or original)
