Nas was one of the most anticipated acts set to play the One World Concert at Syracuse University on October 9. Unfortunately, the artist was a no-show.
There was no explanation given for his absense, but there was an abundance of feedback on social media following the show. Fans were not pleased.
This isn't the first instance in which Nas simply failed to show up to a show. He was set to perform at a New Years Eve concert in Angola, this year. His absense resulted in the kidnapping of the concert promotors son and the loss of $315k.
Alas, his poor history with attendance has not prevented Cornell University from booking Nas for a show, set to happen on November 10th.
Hopefully Nas has cleaned up his act and will give Cornell a better show than he gave Syracuse (i.e. any show).
