Michael Uslan, the creator and producer behind the Batman movie franchise, will speak at Syracuse University later this month following a screening of The Lego Batman Movie.
The film screening and Q&A with Uslan will take place on April 21, in HBC Gifford Auditorium at 5:30 p.m., Univeristy Union announced Sunday night. Tickets will go on sale Monday at 11 a.m. at the Schine Box Office and online for $5.
Uslan's first Batman film he produced was the 1989 movie Batman, directed by Tim Burton and starring Jack Nicholson and Michael Keaton. He has worked on The Dark Night triology, Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice and most recently, The Lego Batman Movie. He was also an executive producer for The Lego Movie and has produced other movies, including Constantine and National Treasure.
