Manicotti with Italian Side Salad
2 pieces manicotti
1/2 cup Italian mixed vegetables, on the side
side salad-
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup cucumber
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
1/4 cup black olives
1/4 cup red pepper, sliced
dress with basil olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper
3/4 cup ice cream
