Our Valentine’s Day menu is one you’re sure to love, filled with apple cinnamon waffles, minestrone soup, and bourbon glazed pork!
Breakfast
2 apple cinnamon waffles
2 sausage links
1 medium apple
1 cup skim milk
Lunch
1 steak and cheese sandwich
1/3 cup green beans
1 cup minestrone soup
1/3 cup pretzels
2 tablespoons hummus (for dipping)
1 medium pear
Dinner
1/2 cup bourbon glazed pork
1/2 cup spicy millet, cashews & peas
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
side salad-
3/4 cup spinach
1/4 cup cucumbers
1/4 cup broccoli florets
1/4 cup olives
2 tablespoons watercress
2 tablespoons red peppers, chopped
2 tablespoons chickpeas
dress with olive oil, salt, and pepper
1 piece white cake with chocolate frosting
