Shannon Hazlitt

I am a senior at Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of public communications with extensive experience with digital and print journalism. I am a magazine journalism major minoring in Information Management and Technology (IM&T) at the Syracuse University iSchool and the Environment and Society (E&S) through the SU Community Geography Department. My work experience is as diverse as my studies. I've written for multiple publications both on campus (such as The Daily Orange) and beyond (such as The Santiago Times and the Ithaca Journal) My career goals include writing about more environmental issues for major publications and pursing an editiing or writing career with a travel magazine such as National Geographic
