Waldy Diez

Waldy Diez is a Spanish-speaking multimedia journalist, tv news producer, and social media enthusiast. She is currently a reporter for NCC News and formerly of the NewsHouse at the Newhouse school at Syracuse University. Diez was a news production intern at WBNG-TV in Binghamton and a news reporting intern at CNY Central in Syracuse. She will be a multimedia producer for USA Today over the summer and early fall. Diez will be starting as the morning producer for WBNG-TV at the end of her capstone.

Diez enjoys recreational photography, and she is proficient in news writing, radio and television broadcast reporting and social media.
