About Me: 

Tory aspires to work in nonprofit communications after she graduates from Syracuse University in the spring of 2016. She studies magazine journalism and international relations, with a concentration on intercultural communications and a geographic focus on Europe. This semester, Tory is editor-in-chief of Medley, an arts and culture magazine. She has held positions at a variety of campus publications, including:

Tory has interned in programming and community relations positions with two nonprofits, the International Center of Syracuse and UNICEF, and currently works as the communications intern for the Office of the Associate Provost, Academic Programs at Syracuse University. She has also volunteered with several organizations in the Syracuse community, including Hopeprint, the George & Rebecca Barnes Foundation and the Mary Ann Shaw Center for Public & Community Service. During two semester abroad, in Wrocław, Poland and Florence, Italy, Tory taught English at local elementary schools.
