Rachel Gilbert

Rachel is a student at Syracuse University studying newspaper and online journalism, and international relations. She is currently the development editor for The Daily Orange, the independent student newspaper of Syracuse, New York. She is a former feature editor of two semesters for The DO and has written for features for two years now. In the past, she has worked on a horse farm starting, breaking and riding horses in addition to teaching lessons. Currently she competes her two horses who have also made the journey to Syracuse.
