Emily Shearing

Emily is a lead producer for The NewsHouse and is currently studying for her master's degree in photojournalism. She also has a master's degree in Magazine, Newspaper and Online Journalism and blogs about photography and 20-something life at www.emilyshearing.com.

Before grad school, Emily worked as a reporter at the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle, covering entertainment, business and local news.

One day, she hopes to make her career traveling the world, taking photographs and telling stories. She also loves running, road trips, eating peanut butter with a spoon and instagram.
