Corey Crisan

Corey Crisan is a contributor to the sports section of The Newshouse. Corey is a current graduate student at Syracuse University in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication, and he will receive his M.S. in Broadcast and Digital Journalism in May 2018. Corey earned his B.A. in Telecommunication Studies with a minor in Communication Studies from Youngstown State University in 2016.

Corey also writes for the Cleveland Indians section of Scout.com and the Pittsburgh Pirates section of FanSided.com. He also cohosts the Farm Report Podcast on Scout.com, which details the week that was within the Indians' Minor league system. His background also includes extensive work in the radio environment as he ran the student radio station, Rookery Radio, at YSU for one year and hosted his own sports talk program on the station for four years.
