Andrea Henderson

Andrea is an arts and entertainment contributor to The NewsHouse.  She is a Goldring Arts Journalism graduate student with a concentration in fashion and museum studies.  Besides writing for The NewsHouse, she contributes to the Lifestyle section of Syracuse.com and is a multimedia reporter and editor for Empower Magazine, a Houston business publication.  

She holds a journalism degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Andrea is an active member of the National Association of Black Journalists and serves as a board member/media chair for the Houston Alliance of Fashion and Beauty Professionals, Inc.
