Coleman Hell will bring his dance popster vibes to the Schine Underground [11] at University Union's first Bandersnatch Music Series show of the semester March 9. Special guest and Syracuse native Pizza Party is set to open.
Coleman Hell, a Canadian producer, singer and songwriter topped the charts in early 2015 with his genre-bending, banjo inclusive hit “2 Heads [12].” His self-titled Columbia Records EP dropped in October 2015, shortly after his rise to fame. Following the drop, Hell toured with electro-alt artist Robert DeLong and will begin touring throughout 2016 with Twenty One Pilots.
Syracuse-based band Pizza Party [13] brings an energetic rock sound to juxtapose Hell's pop style. Comprised of four Bandier Program [14] juniors, Pizza Party aims to drop its first EP later this year.
Tickets go on sale Friday, March 4 for $5 with SU/ESF IDs at the Schine Box Office. Doors open at 7:30 p.m Wednesday, March 9, 2016.
