The team is averaging just less than 20 goals this season.

The fourth-ranked Syracuse Orange added an exclamation point win to its season as they cruised passed Albany 19-12. The ladies are 3-0 and have scored a total of 59-goals.

After a successful West Coast road trip defeating Oregon 17-11, the Orange got right back to work. Heading into Thursday’s game, Syracuse moved up three spots to number four in this weeks IWLCA poll.

Emily Hawryschuk led all scorers with an outstanding five-point performance. The attackman tallied four goals while picking up an assist.

The Orange broke away from the Huskies in the second half, scoring 14 goals in the second half.

Number seven Syracuse women’s lacrosse began its season with a 23-11 victory over former Big Eeast rival Connecticut.  

The Syracuse offense tore the UConn defense to shreds from the opening draw. The Orange had 12 different players score in the game. Sophomore Emily Hawryschuk led the way with four goals while junior Nicole Levy, sophomore Vanessa Constantino and senior Neena Merola each finished with three goals.

SU senior Devon Parker has scored in eight of the past nine games in what has been a career year for the attacker.

Devon Parker walked along the SU Soccer Stadium field with her parents by her side and a smile blooming on her face. Recognized on Senior Day, she was welcomed with applause from a thousand Syracuse University women's lacrosse fans.

Rahal buries game winner as the Orange top the Hokies, 12-11, at SU Soccer Stadium.

The Syracuse women’s lacrosse team beat the Virginia Tech Hokies, 12-11, on a Mary Rahal goal in overtime on Senior Day. The win moved No. 11 Syracuse to 11-4 on the season and 4-1 in ACC play.

Fighting Irish use second half run to pull away from Orange at the Carrier Dome.

The No. 15 Notre Dame women’s lacrosse team (9-4, 3-1 ACC) trampled No. 4 Syracuse (8-3, 2-1 ACC), 16-7, Sunday afternoon at the Carrier Dome. This was the Orange’s first home loss of the season after winning six straight to start the year. Notre Dame had lost three straight entering the game.

Five goals by Devon Parker and a flurry of saves by Goldstock keep Orange undefeated.

As time expired, the Syracuse bench turned to their right and sprinted as fast as they could towards Asa Goldstock.

Goldstock, the freshman goalie who made four saves in the last few minutes, celebrated the come-from-behind victory over Virginia (2-3, 0-1 ACC) with her teammates.

Ten players score for Orange in dominant win at the Carrier Dome

The Syracuse women’s lacrosse team (3-0, 1-0 in ACC) looked to carry momentum from last weekend’s doubleheader victories over Canisius and Binghamton and did that right away against UMass (1-3). The Orange scored early and pulled away for a 17-8 victory.

In their tenth overall meeting and first since 2006, the Orange jumped to a quick lead on a goal from captain Taylor Gait, her third of the season.

The Orange women's lacrosse team rallied late, but couldn't overcome a slow start against the Terrapins in a 15-12 loss.

TOWSON, Md. — Syracuse attack Alyssa Murray sounded hopeful on Friday evening, talking about how she had been there before. She remembered how awful it felt two years ago when the Orange fell to Northwestern in the national championship.

This year was supposed to be different, but a familiar foe had other ideas.
