Commentary: This year's fashion students revealed their senior collections to a packed Goldstein Auditorium.

Syracuse University fashion design seniors completed their final test in the program on April 25, debuting their own 25-piece collections in the annual College of Visual and Performing Arts fashion show.

Tired, stressed and sleep deprived, dozens of students pulled themselves together for the moment they had been waiting for since freshman year.

On graduation day, students reflected on their college accomplishments and look toward their future beyond the Hill.

It was a day of celebration, marking the end one life chapter and the beginning of another. With one swift motion, more than 5,000 graduates lifted their hands, moved their tassels to the left and launched their caps skyward as Syracuse University concluded its 160th Commencement Ceremony in the Carrier Dome.

Graduating seniors reflect on their best times at SU.

Meeting friends for life. Mayfest. Studying abroad. Running naked in the rain. What’s your most memorable college experience?

Filmmakers Ted Rysz and Emily Shearing asked that question of 40 seniors on the Syracuse University quad. With classes done and seniors preparing final papers and studying for the last exams of their college careers, there's no better time to reflect on how they will fondly remember their time at SU.

More than 2,000 light up one of their last SU nights at a new location for the annual year-end party.

Instead of going out with a bang, Syracuse University seniors were glowing at the 2010 Senior Celebration

Heavy rain and lighting did not stop more than 2,000 seniors from enjoying one of their last night as college students at a party themed, "Glowing the Night Away."  In addition to free food and drink at Manley Field House, seniors played glow-in-the-dark mini golf, got airbrush tattoos and got to hang with Otto the Orange one last time.

After graduation, Syracuse University seniors will move across the United States and around the world in order to pursue their dreams.

The date has been circled on many seniors’ calendars. For the graduating class of 2010, May 16 marked the end of their academic career at Syracuse University.

For most, four years have come and gone quickly. Now, it all comes down to graduation, when a new beginning occurs. Whether it takes place in new cities, new states or new countries — geographic changes are in store.
