The production blocked pedestrian traffic in front of the Hall of Languages on Tuesday morning.

Jeff Goldblum and the cast and crew of The Mountain, an upcoming independent film, were on the SU campus this morning. Pedestrian traffic was partially blocked off on campus Tuesday because of the shoot.

The film, which is set in the 1950s, also brought several old-fashioned cars to campus.

Civil rights activist and businessman Vernon E. Jordan, Jr. will give Syracuse University's 2017 Commencement address at the ceremony on May 14 in the Carrier Dome, SU announced Wednesday.

Tickets to see Rae, who created and stars in the HBO show “Insecure,” will go on sale on Monday at 9 a.m.

YouTube star Issa Rae is coming to Syracuse University at the end of the month, University Union announced Sunday night.

Rae will speak at Goldstein Auditorium on March 31 at 8 p.m., with E! News on-air correspondent Zuri Hall moderating the event. Tickets will go on sale on Monday at 9 a.m. at the Schine Box Office, and can also be bought online

Cho, who is best known for her role as Kira Yukimura on MTV's 'Teen Wolf,' will lecture as part of SU's Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.

The committee will review SU's current procedures and resources available for undocumented students and those who benefit from Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

Syracuse University Chancellor Kent Syverud announced Friday the names of faculty and staff members who will serve on his committee focused on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and undocumented students.

The ad hoc committee will look at Syracuse University's current policies and resources regarding undocumented students and those who benefit from DACA, according to a press release. It will make recommendations to the university on how to be supportive toward these students, as well as promote diversity and inclusivity on campus.

University Union announces the sarcastic, observational stand-up star will come to campus on Oct. 25.

Syracuse University is about to get a visit from Mr. Universe.

Jim Gaffigan, the stand-up comedian best known for his sardonic musings on parenthood and microwaveable frozen treats, will perform at Goldstein Auditorium Oct. 25, University Union announced tonight.

Tickets for "An Evening with Jim Gaffigan" go on sale at 9 a.m. tomorrow at the Schine box office. They're $5 with an SU/ESF student ID.
