University Union finally revealed this year's Juice Jam Music Festival acts with a video announcement on its social media channels on Sept. 9.
Headliner Fetty Wap, a New Jersey rapper best known for his hit single “Trap Queen,” will take the stage alongside other performers including pop artist Tove Lo, DJ and producer Marshmello, rapper D.R.A.M., indie electronic artist Stephen, and rock artist LOLO.
The music festival will kick off at noon on Sunday, Sept. 25, at the Skytop Field on South Campus. Tickets, which cost $20 for Syracuse University and SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry students with a valid college ID, sold out after less than a week of sales. Students could purchase a maximum of two tickets starting Saturday, Sept. 10, at noon at Gate E of the Carrier Dome. The University Union Twitter account announced the end of sales the following Tuesday night.
To enter the festival students are required to bring a valid college ID and should leave backpacks, professional cameras and alcohol at home. Yellow school buses will pick students up from College Place and Stadium Place starting at 11 a.m. that Sunday to transport concertgoers to Skytop Field.
