Daily Dining Hall Dishes - April 6

You may have heard of tortellini and tortelloni—both are typical Italian pastas, however tortellini are smaller than tortelloni. Both can be made a variety of ways, but tortellini are often served in sauce or in broth, and tortelloni are rarely eaten in broth like soup. Try some tortellini soup today at lunch (kind of a fun twist on chicken noodle soup)!
 
Breakfast
2 pieces ranch French toast
1/3 cup grits
1/3 cup ham
1/3 cup scrambled eggs
1 medium orange
 
Lunch
1 cup chicken tortellini soup
1/2 cup chicken spiedies
1/2 cup seasoned fries
1/3 cup mixed vegetables
 
1 medium apple
 
Dinner
1 cup teriyaki pork
1/2 cup fried rice
1 pork and shrimp egg roll
 
side salad-
1 cup spinach
1/3 cup baby carrots
1/3 cup baby corn
1/3 cup green peppers
2 tablespoons banana peppers
1 small orange, peeled and sectioned, placed atop salad
dress with Asian dressing
 
1 piece fruit pie
