'Broad City' stars to perform at Goldstein Auditorium this month

University Union announced through its Twitter and Facebook accounts that Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer, the co-creators and co-stars stars of Comedy Central's 'Broad City,' will take the Goldstein Auditorium stage on Oct. 24. Tickets for the performance will go on sale Wednesday, Oct. 7, beginning at 11 a.m. in the Schine Box Office. 

The event will take place during Alumni Weekend and is presented in conjunction with the Traditions Commission as part of Homecoming Week Programming. According to the event Facebook page, this year's homecoming queen and king will be crowned prior to the start of the performance.

'Broad City' is a TV series that follows Abbi (Jacobson) and Ilana (Glazer) through their daily lives in New York City. The comedy series began in 2014.

Jacobson and Glazer recently performed at Cornell University on Sept. 26.
