Marwa Eltagouri

Marwa is a contributor to The NewsHouse. She is a senior at SU from Grand Island, N.Y. studying journalism and political science. She graduates in May 2014, and looks forward to entering the field of either domestic or foreign reporting. In addition to The Newshouse, she works for DemocracyWise, a website based out of The Newhouse School that covers local Syracuse politics. She's also working on a thesis for her political science degree on the social climate of post-revolution Libya, which will be completed in April along with an oral defense.
