Jon Glass

Jon Glass joined Newhouse in 2007 as the general manager of the Collaborative Media Room. He teaches the Web Journalism and Innovation course that focuses on current industry issues, social media and multimedia storytelling, plus serves as executive producer for The NewsHouse. The Society of Professional Journalists recognized The NewsHouse as the nation's best independent online website for large schools in the 2012 Mark of Excellence Awards.

Prior to Newhouse, Jon was the online content director for PalmBeachPost.com, where he spent 11 years in the newsroom and online departments.

He is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he earned a B.S. in journalism and minor in education.
