Diep Tran

Diep Tran is a Masters student in  the Goldring Arts Journalism Program at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. Her specialization is in theater and visual arts.

She received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, in English and Art History.

Tran has been a contributor for the Daily Bruin, OC Weekly, and Back Stage. In her spare time, she writes and bakes goods, which goes towards maintaining her overall coherency.

She is currently a contributor for TheCelebrityCafe.com - where she critiques movies, music and popular culture. She is also an editorial intern at the Post-Standard. Her feature stories can be found in the CNY section.

During those moments in between writing articles for outside avenues, Tran also keeps a blog where she writes about life in Central New York from a California point of view, Diep Thought...And Other Things.
