Deandra Modica

Deandra Modica is a graduate student at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in the Goldring Arts Journalism program. She earned a B.A. in English and a minor in writing studies at Niagara University where she was a staff writer of The Niagara Index and an editor of Niagara’s literary magazine, The Aquila.

Past experience includes reviewing concerts and interviewing musicians for Buffalo.com and working at The Buffalo News as the online content coordinator of the site. Deandra’s interests include going to concerts, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and reading.
