About Me: 

A senior at Syracuse University, Christine is pursuing a dual degree in international relations and magazine journalism. Minors include Global Political Economy and Spanish. She is from Clarion, PA (just north of Pittsburgh).

A lead producer for The NewsHouse, her on-campus credentials include articles and multimedia packages published in the Student Voice, the DO, Medley Magazine, Jerk Magazine, The WorldJournalism Project, The Stand, and The NewsHouse. In 2009, she studied in Ecuador and Chile for six months, and returned to Santiago, Chile in the summer of 2010 to write for the English-language newspaper, The Santiago Times, and conduct an investigative reporting project.  In Fall 2010, Christine interned with the community news team for the Syracuse city newspaper, The Post-Standard, and produced a six-page series on racial profiling for The Stand, a non-profit newspaper covering Syracuse’s South side.  In January 2011, she traveled to South Africa to produce two multimedia packages on life in Grahamstown, a small town on South Africa's southern coast.
