Christine is a contributer to The NewsHouse and has trained experience in multimedia and print reporting. She currently studies at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications as a graduate student working on a master’s degree in Magazine, Newspaper, and Online Journalism.
Originally from the suburbs of Seattle, Wash., she obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Communication and Bachelor of Music in Flute Performance at Washington State University.
Christine has traveled to Cuba and Guatemala as a multimedia reporter, and looks forward to pulling out her passport again to write about international cultural issues. As for music, it’s the passion she refused to give up and now shares with a small studio of beginning flute students.
