Brian Hayden

I am in my senior year at Syracuse, majoring in newspaper and online journalism and minoring in political science. I spent the last two summers interning at the Buffalo News in Buffalo, NY, where I grew up, and the summer before that at the NPR and PBS affiliates in Buffalo. I also spent the fall of 2008 interning in Washington, DC at the Scripps Howard Foundation Wire. This fall, I am interning at the  Syracuse Post-Standard.

In my spare time I am also a resident advisor at one of SU's residence halls and am forming an interfaith student group on campus.  I hope to pursue my dream of becoming a journalist, and look forward to broadening my horizons at The Newshouse.
