Block Party 2013: Are you excited?

We asked a few SU students what they thought about Ke$ha's arrival on campus and the tradition of Block Party. Here's what they said.

Syracuse University’s Block Party concert is the last hurrah for the student body at the end of the academic year, right before finals week. It’s the students’ last chance to unwind before rushing to the closest library to study for exams and to tweak final projects.

This year, SU’s Univeristy Union welcomes platinum selling artist Ke$ha as the headlining act for Block Party 2013 on Friday April 26, with special guest Trey Songz. Ke$ha has dominated Billboard charts since 2009, with her debut single "Tik Tok" selling 12.8 million copies worldwide just in 2010.

Check out a couple SU students who are ready to enjoy the music and rock out to both Ke$ha and Trey Songz as they say goodbye to Spring 2013.
