Now through March 1 marks the 13th annual Downtown Dining Weeks [9], hosted by the Downtown Committee of Syracuse. During these two weeks, restaurants offer three-course meals for $25. These two weeks allow people to try restaurants that may be out of their budget, otherwise. Dining Weeks also boosts business downtown during a quieter time of the year.
This year, 32 restaurants are participating in Syracuse Dining Weeks. The newest restaurants include Apizza Regionale [10], Eleven Waters [11], Khao Gaeng [12] and Original Grain [13]. Most restaurants offer four options for the entrée and several different appetizers and dessert selections. Some restaurants include drinks within the offer, while others have drink specials to add on to the $25 offer.
Hotels and parking garages [14] are also offering deals to support Downtown Dining Weeks. Among others, the Atrium Garage and Clinton Street Garage are charging $5 for parking after 5p.m. from Sunday to Thursday.
