1 cup minestrone stoup
1/2 cup pasta with chicken and vodka sauce
1/3 cup caribbean blend vegetables

1 medium orange

Dinner
1 cup beef stew with biscuits
1/2 cup sal’s wedges
1/2 cup spinach

side salad-
1 cup iceberg lettuce
1/3 cup baby carrots
1/3 cup watercress
1/3 cup green pepper
2 tablespoons chickpeas
2 tablespoons banana peppers
2 tablespoons feta cheese
dress with garlic oil, salt, and pepper

1 piece chocolate mousse pie
