Spaghetti and meatballs is a classic dish most of us know and love, but why not shake those noodles up a bit by trying vegetarian meatballs instead of regular meatballs, and throwing some salty black olives from the salad bar atop the dish? You’ll be surprised at the new flavors this typical Italian favorite can have just by adding and changing a few ingredients!
Breakfast
1 omelet with peppers, onions, and cheese
1 biscuit
fruit salad-
1/2 cup grapes
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup cantaloupe, chopped
Lunch
Vegetarian Spaghetti and Meatballs with Olives-
3/4 cup spaghetti
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 vegetarian meatballs
1/4 cup black olives, chopped and spread atop pasta
side salad-
1 cup spinach
1/3 cup cucumbers
1/3 cup cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup red onion
2 tablespoons chickpeas
2 tablespoons feta cheese
dress with italian dressing (or olive oil, salt, and pepper)
1 medium apple
Dinner
1 piece cajun chicken
1/2 cup broccoli spears
1/3 cup butternut squash
1/3 cup french fries
1 piece chocolate cream pie
