Daily Dining Hall Dishes - February 18

The term for shrimp “butterfly” comes from the way the shrimp is cut before cooking. Usually “butterfly” cuts go down the long back of the shrimp, allowing the entire shrimp to be fully cooked from the inside out.

Breakfast
1 egg white omelet
2 sausage links
1 biscuit
1 medium banana

Lunch
1 piece garlic cheese pizza
1 cup tomato soup

side salad-
1 cup romaine lettuce
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup mushroom slices
2 tablespoons chickpeas
2 tablespoons edamame
2 tablespoons jalapeno peppers
dress with olive oil, salt, and pepper

Dinner
1/2 cup coconut butterfly shrimp
1 piece herb-baked catfish
2 tablespoons tartar sauce (for dipping)
1/3 cup zucchini saute
1/3 cup peas

1 piece pineapple upside-down cake
