fruit salad-
1 medium clementine or orange, peeled and sectioned
1/4 cup grapes
1/2 cup cantaloupe

Lunch
1/2 cup stuffed rigatoni with pesto sauce
1/3 cup broccoli cuts
1 cup tomato soup
1 medium apple

Dinner
2 small pieces fried chicken
1/3 cup southern corn pudding
1/3 cup collard greens
1/4 cup black-eyed peas
1/4 cup okra, corn and sun-dried tomatoes

1 piece peach cobbler
